Luxury custom home near Lake Monticello is nestled in a quiet area of the forest. This property offers privacy and close proximity to Charlottesville amenities! While the adults are enjoying company in the living room and patio, the children have their own play area and climbing wall in their room. Here you will find 2 large comfy couches in the home in the living room and a quiet sitting area off the Master bedroom. Don't forget all the fun you will have BBQ'n at the pool! Guests are permitted anywhere on the 2 acre property. Feel free to run and play and explore. Enjoy an evening by the pool or by the fire pit. (firewood is provided) Supervised outdoor fires are permitted, but may be restricted by state law due to drought or inclement weather (Seasonal) The pool will be open from May to the end of September weather permitting. ** UPDATE. Pool will be closed for the season on 10/12/22. If there is a booking at this time, we will need to access the pool area to close the pool.
