Only a 2-minute walk to the slopes and located in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, this 5/6-bedroom, 4-bath home is perfect for a family retreat. Close to hiking, & wineries, this spacious & comfy spot offers something for everyone. Shenandoah National Park and the Appalachian Trail boast endless breathtaking views and hikes appropriate for all. We are only a short drive down the mountain to Nelson 151, which has many wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, and restaurants. As part of the Wintergreen Resort, guests have easy access to the Resort's year-round adventures including, of course, skiing and snow tubing during the winter months. The home is only a short 2-minute walk to the slopes; you can ski right down Upper Tyro. The main floor of the home consists of a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and bar area, the Great Room with comfy seating and a propane fireplace, and a full bathroom. A room is located off the Great Room which can serve as either another relaxation space or can be converted into an additional private bedroom with a queen-size futon. Another room which shares the fire place with the Great Room has a TV and game console. The deck off of the Great Room has a propane grill and propane heat lamp. The lower level of the home has all of the bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private office space.
